This Privacy Policy explains how Chromatix Technologies ("Chromatix," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Philanthrofi (the "Service"), available at projectforge.live.

  • Profile information (major, career goal, interests) that you enter to generate a role/project.
  • Uploaded evidence (files, links, documents you submit as proof of completed deliverables).
  • Any content you submit through forms, uploads, or communications with us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent, click patterns).
  • Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system).
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6).

Information from third parties

If you sign in using a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider as permitted by your settings with them.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating roles, deliverables, and resume/interview content.
  • Create and manage your account.
  • Store and display your uploaded evidence within your account.
  • Improve and develop the Service, including analyzing usage patterns.
  • Communicate with you about updates, features, or support requests.
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Children's Privacy and Age Requirements

Philanthrofi is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service and that they have reviewed this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., hosting providers, authentication providers, AI/content generation providers, analytics providers), bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.

  • Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a foreseeable number of days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and AI providers (including but not limited to Lovable, Supabase, Cloudflare (bot and abuse protection), and AI content-generation providers) to operate. These providers have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

10. International Users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our infrastructure providers (including Supabase) host our systems, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
